Emotional Support Dogs

Emotional support dogs are What’s New in service pooches.

Move aside lovely Labs and Golden Retriever puppies with your neck signs that read, “Don’t pet me. I’m a service dog in training.”

Starbucks Snoozer

I popped into Starbucks for a cuppa this morning and ended up napping over my beverage. The scary thing is, I wasn’t alone.

Though I normally frequent coffee cafés that sell tea and milk that have been harvested from shaded fields on cooperative farms (rather than fields clear-cut from shrinking jungles for covetous corporate agriculture and grazing), Starbucks ensnared me.

Off to Switzerland

Nikov is threatening to take me on a sports date. I mean he waved two tickets at me with great zeal the other day.

I think I will have a bout of winter SAD, a sudden relapse of Seasonal Affective Disorder, such that I will have to take to my bed the night of the game. Whatever game it is, I mean what do they play this time of year?

I’m Back, Plus Some

I’m back from the home country and carrying excess luggage in the amount of at least eight pounds.

That’s approximately a pound per thigh, two around the tum, another two stuck to my bum, one per boob, and my underarms are wobblier than when I left.
